At Integra Information Technologies, Inc. we understand you care about your personal privacy and about the terms and conditions that govern your use of this Website. Use of Your Personally Identifiable Information (PII)

In general, we collect and use information about you for responding to your requests for information, to deliver information (e.g., our newsletter) and to inform you of INTEGRA-related conferences, services and/or other opportunities. Except as described herein, we do not sell, rent or otherwise share or disclose your private, PII to third parties.

INTEGRA specifically collects information from you from several different sources, including but not limited to the following:

-Information You Provide To Us
INTEGRA primarily collects information in connection with your requests for information and INTEGRA-related conference registrations. INTEGRA will treat any information as confidential and will not disclose it to any third party (other than in connection with INTEGRA co-sponsored conferences) without consent. We do not rent, sell or otherwise disclose personal information for non-conference related mailings. If you do not wish to receive the INTEGRA newsletter or have specific contact preferences (i.e. what we can and cannot send to you), you may express your preferences by sending a letter, calling or emailing the INTEGRA Administrative Office informing us of your preferences. You may also complete the opt-out form and submit it via our site.

In connection with INTEGRA-hosted conferences, INTEGRA provides an attendee list to the Sponsors, Co-Sponsors & Exhibitors for their respective use in 1 post conference mailing. If you do not wish to receive the information materials from such sponsors, co-sponsors & exhibitors, you may express your preference to not be contacted by either checking the appropriate box on the registration form at the time of registration or by sending a letter, calling or emailing the INTEGRA Administrative Office informing us of your preference. You may also complete the opt-out form and submit it via our site.

- Correspondence
If you correspond with us via email, the postal service, or other form of communication, we may retain such correspondence and the information contained therein and use such to respond to your inquiry and/or notify you of INTEGRA conferences, news or other INTEGRA-related opportunities. Importantly, email and postal address information is never sold, given, or otherwise shared or disclosed to third parties except as set forth herein. If you do not wish to receive such notifications, you may express your preference to not be contacted by sending a letter, calling or emailing the INTEGRA Administrative Office informing us of your preference. You may also complete the opt-out form and submit it via our site.

- Information from Other Sources
We may receive information about you from other sources, such as our agents, vendors and service providers, and from publicly available sources. (For example, association member lists, chambers, etc.)

- URL and IP Address
Like many other Websites, we collect information about our users' utilization and navigation of our Site. This information helps us to design our Site to better suit our users' needs. We may also use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our Site, analyze trends, track visitor movements, and gather broad demographic information that assists us in identifying visitor preferences.

- Cookies, Web Bugs and Beacons
Cookies are pieces of data that a Website transfers to a user's hard drive for record-keeping purposes. Web beacons are transparent pixel images that are used in collecting information about email response and tracking. INTEGRA does not use web bugs or beacons in connection with its email. With respect to cookies: We use cookies to improve the content of our Web pages, store visitors preferences, record session information, such as items that consumers add to their shopping cart, record user-specific information on what pages users access or visit, alert visitors to new areas that we think might be of interest to them when they return to our site, and record past activity at a site in order to provide better service when visitors return to our site.

Note, we do not reveal PII about you to third-parties for their independent use unless: (1) you request or authorize; (2) it is in connection with INTEGRA-hosted and INTEGRA co-sponsored conferences as described above; (3) the information is provided to comply with the law (for example, to comply with a search warrant, subpoena or court order), enforce an agreement we have with you, or to protect our rights, property or safety, or the rights, property or safety of our employees or others; (4) the information is provided to our agents, vendors or service providers who perform functions on our behalf; (5) it is to address emergencies or acts of God or (6) it is to address disputes, claims, or persons holding a legal or beneficial interest. We may also gather aggregated data about our members and Site visitors and disclose the results of such aggregated (but not personally identifiable) information to our partners, service providers, advertisers and/or other third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

From time to time we may partner or enter into arrangements with another party to provide specific benefits and/or services to our users. If you sign up for these benefits and/or services, then we will provide to our partners or associates the information that we believe is reasonably necessary for them to provide such benefits or services to you. Security Measures to Protect Information
To help protect the privacy of data and PII you transmit through use of this Site, we maintain physical, technical and administrative safeguards. We update and test our security technology on an ongoing basis. We restrict access to your PII to those employees who need to know that information to provide benefits or services to you. In addition, we provide on-going training to our employees about the importance of confidentiality and maintaining the privacy and security of your information. We commit to taking appropriate disciplinary measures to enforce our employees' privacy responsibilities.

When we transfer and receive certain types of sensitive information such as financial or health information, we redirect visitors to a secure server and will notify visitors through a pop-up screen on our site, We have appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site.

While our best efforts are made to secure your PII, Integra does not and cannot guaranty the security of any information and no guaranty or warranty, express or implied, is given with regard to security, despite our best efforts.

Protection of Children's Personal Information
Because of the nature of our business, our services and benefits are not designed to appeal to minors. We do not knowingly attempt to solicit or receive any information from children.

Data Integrity
The information that is maintained by INTEGRA is maintained in a way that is compatible with the original intent of the information. We do not collect information that is not specifically related to business to business transactions or specific business needs. We take reasonable steps to ensure that data is reliable for its intended use, accurate, complete and current.

Inapplicability of Privacy Policies of Any Linked Sites or Other Third Parties
This Privacy Statement only addresses INTEGRA's use and disclosure of your PII. As this Site may contain links to other Websites, please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites, and we are not liable for their misuse of PII.
